How to install XAMPP server on Windows 10



XAMPP setup

  • Let’s get started with the step-by-step guide to how to install XAMPP Server on windows 10.
  • First you will go to google search engine and search XAMPP Server on Windows.
  • Few specification also important suppose your system windows is 7,8, 9, 10, 11, etc.
  • Then you will go on the first link and click it to open that page then click to download file
  • XAMPP setup is download and then click to install.


Select Component

  • Next you need to check which you want to install.
  • You can see there are a few options which are light grey in color.
  • These are the option which are necessary to run the software and will automatically be installed.
  • Then click next button to continue.

 

Select Installation folder

  • Now you need to choose the folder where you want to install the XAMPP.
  • You choose any default location or any where in your pc and choose next button moved a head.

 

Bitnami for XAMPP

  • Now open a window to showing information about Bitnami.
  • Simply click on the next button to move further.
  • Suppose you interest learn about bitnami then you may check the box saying learn more about bitnami.
  • Simply Bitnami is for installing open source applications.
  • i.e. WordPress, Joomla etc.


Ready to Install XAMPP 

  • Now You will see another window with a message Setup is now ready to begin installing XAMPP on your computer
  • You have just click next button to proceed.

 

Welcome to XAMPP Wizard

  • Now in this step wait few time for the installation to complete.

 

XAMPP Installation Complete

  • The installation is completed, you will be asked whether would like to start the control panel now or not displaying the message.
  • Do you want to start the control panel now ?
  • Then check box and click on the finish button and see XAMPP is working with a error free.

 

Select your XAMPP Install Language

  • You will click on the finish button in the final step of install XAMPP process, you will be ask to select the preferred. language between English and German.
  • It decide you which language you choose.
  • After click on save button to confirm you selected language.

 

XAMPP Installed Then run it

  • The entire run process in XAMPP installation went correctly, then the control panel would open smoothly.
  • Now click on the start button to start Apache and MYSQL.
  • You have successfully installed XAMPP Server on Windows 10.
